a. The Pricing of the items may vary from Event to Event. The customer has to visit the website when required for latest pricing.

b. Payment Methods: We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED.

b. Dana Plaza will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

7. Shipment Policy

The estimated delivery time ranges from 24 to 48 hours from the time of shipment. If your order is placed during our working hours (9 am to 3 pm), we will reach out to you via phone or email within one hour. Orders received after working hours will initiate the shipment process the following day. Depending on the size of the shipment, it may be delivered in multiple parcels. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment. Please note that the estimated delivery date may vary depending on the location and other factors.

9. End User Payment Information

Your End Users payment information may be processed via third party eCommerce Payment Processors, in accordance with their terms and policies. We do not collect or store your End Users’ payment information.
